Designed to cope with complex charging problems AVAVoIP enables service providers to gain flexibility in all areas of the billing process: pricing, rating, invoicing, taxation, settlement, balance management, reporting, revenue assurance and accounting. Add-on components such as the Agents commissioning and taxation differentiate the product from the competition. Open Web Services APIs allow easy integration into existing systems or CRM portals.

AVAVoIP was developed using state of the art open source technologies like Linux Operating System, PostgreSQL DBMS, RabbitMQ, Redis, PHP, proprietary C++ solutions and other. The platform is integrated with YATE and Asterisk open source switches. The main components of our solution are our proprietary high performance rating, billing, and taxation engines. Our CRM solution is offered as custom Drupal CMS modules providing highly customizable framework for end user portals implementations.

AVAVoIP supports all the traditional telecom business models such as: prepaid and postpaid wholesale VoIP, prepaid and postpaid retail VoIP, calling cards, callback, call shop, Internet café, hotels, etc. In addition our team of experienced engineers can address and custom tailor updates or platform add-ons as requested by our clients.

Our solution is available as a software license for customers who prefer to own their software, on lease for those who want to own the software but cannot afford to pay it upfront, as a cloud software as a service for customers who do not want to deal with servers and data centers, and as an on-premise software as a service for those who prefer to rent the solution but want to keep more control over their network.
